The fuel for Superdone’s skills queries.
AI units power Superdone’s skills queries, the work that goes beyond standard transcription and meeting summaries. This guide covers what units are, what they unlock, and how to manage or add more.
Transcription and summaries are never charged in units
Standard meeting transcription, note-taking, and meeting summaries are covered by your plan. Units only apply to the skills queries below.
Every plan includes a monthly allocation
Your starting balance is based on your plan. Upgrade and your new allocation replaces the old one. It doesn't stack on top.

Enterprise
Units are shared across your team and draw from one pool. They don’t scale with the number of seats. Everyone in your workspace draws from the same balance.
Skills queries that read across your project history
Each query draws on units, priced by the work it does. Standard transcription and summaries stay free; everything below runs on units.

Run low? Add more any time
On paid plans you can buy additional units as a top-up. Units renew monthly unless paused; unused top-up units don't carry into the next cycle.

Units, answered
The essentials on how units renew, pool, and carry across your plan.
Do my plan units expire?
The units included with your plan are part of your monthly allocation and renew each cycle. Unused top-up units purchased separately do not carry into the next cycle.
What happens to my units when I upgrade?
Your new plan's allocation replaces your previous one. They don't add together.
What happens when I run out mid-cycle?
On paid plans you can add more units as a top-up at any time. Your full allocation renews at the start of the next cycle.
Are units shared or per person?
Units are pooled at the team level. Everyone in your workspace draws from the same balance, and the pool doesn't grow with added seats.
How do I track how my team uses units?
You can monitor unit usage per team member from your account settings.
