Creating Your First Project

Starting your first project in Superdone is quick and easy. Follow these steps to set things up properly from the beginning.
1. Check Your Workspace
Before you begin, make sure you're in the correct workspace. This is the organization or team space where your project will live.

Click your organization icon in the top-left corner of the app.

A dropdown will appear with your available workspaces. (If this is your first time, you might only see one.)

Select the correct workspace — this will bring you to your Workspace Dashboard.
2. Access the Projects Area
Once inside your workspace, you'll land on the dashboard. This is where all of your projects are listed.

If you're just getting started, you’ll likely see a “+” button instead of a list.

Click the “+” to begin creating your first project.
3. Create a New Project
Clicking “+ New Project” will open a short setup flow. Superdone uses AI to help you quickly generate a clear, useful project brief based on your inputs.
You’ll be asked to provide:

Project name
-
Project manager
-
Collaborators
-
Start and end dates
-
Project summary and key details
Once submitted, Superdone will create a project workspace for you. This becomes the central hub for meeting summaries, actions, decisions, agendas, and progress tracking — all tied to your specific project.
You’re now ready to start running meetings and managing work with clarity and confidence.
