Connecting Your Google Calendar
Updated 29 July 2025
You can connect your Google Calendar to Superdone in two ways:
-
During onboarding – When you first sign up, you’ll be prompted to connect your calendar.
-
Anytime after signup – If you skipped this step, you can easily connect or edit your calendar in the Integrations section of the app.
Connecting your calendar allows Superdone to automatically capture your meetings, generate summaries, and link them to the right projects — without any manual setup.
To Connect or Edit Your Google Calendar
- Open the Integrations Page
Click the Integrations button in the bottom-left corner of Superdone.
-
This will take you to the Integrations page.
-
Connect Google Calendar
Find the Google integration tile.
-
Click “Connect App.”
-
Choose or Update Your Calendars
A Google prompt window will open, asking you to log in and give Superdone access.
-
You can add or remove calendars during this step.
-
If your Google account is subscribed to multiple calendars (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations), you can select or deselect the specific calendars you want Superdone to access.
Note: Superdone only reads your selected calendars to detect meetings. It will never create, edit, or delete events.
What Happens After Connection?
Once connected, Superdone will:
-
Automatically detect your upcoming meetings with video links.
-
Join those meetings, generate summaries, capture decisions and action items.
-
Organize meeting content by project for future reference and insights.
Your Privacy Matters
You remain in control of your data. You can update or revoke calendar access at any time from the Integrations page.
