Using Superdone with Zoom Meetings

Updated 12 August 2025

Superdone doesn’t require a separate “install” or “uninstall” process for Zoom. Instead, it works by detecting Zoom links in your connected Google Calendar events.

How Superdone Joins Your Zoom Meetings

Superdone will automatically join a Zoom meeting if:

  1. Your Google Calendar is connected to Superdone.

  2. Your Zoom meeting link is included in a Google Calendar event.

If you have Zoom integrated with your Google Calendar — and your Google Calendar is connected to Superdone — then Superdone will join those meetings automatically.

Adding a Zoom Link to a Meeting in Superdone

You can add a Zoom link to a meeting in a few ways:

  • From the Superdone interface:

Open the Superdone app.

  • Click the plus (+) button in the bottom right corner.

  • Add a meeting title, date, and paste the Zoom link.

  • From an existing meeting in your Superdone calendar:

Open the meeting in your Superdone calendar.

  • Add or update the Zoom link in the meeting details.

Once a Zoom link is added, Superdone will be ready to join at the scheduled time.

Stopping Superdone from Joining Your Zoom Meetings

Since there’s no direct Zoom installation, you don’t “uninstall” Superdone from Zoom — you simply stop it from detecting Zoom links in your calendar.

You can do this by:

  • Disconnecting your Google Calendar from Superdone.

  • Removing the Zoom link from any meeting in your Superdone calendar.

Once the calendar connection is removed or the Zoom link is deleted, Superdone will no longer join that meeting.

Tip: If you only want Superdone to join certain Zoom calls, make sure only those meetings have a Zoom link in your connected calendar.
