Sharing an agenda before a meeting sets expectations and helps everyone prepare. Agendas:

How to Create an Agenda

To create an agenda for an upcoming meeting:

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the meeting.

  3. Select “Agenda” to open the agenda page.

Option 3: Add a Weekly Summary

Insert a summary of project activity and meeting highlights from the past week.

Option 4: Use a Previous Meeting Recap

Pull in the content from a past meeting to use as a starting point.

Choose to include key decisions or action items from previous meetings to follow up or continue discussion.

Sharing the Agenda
