My Actions/Todos

Updated 29 July 2025

Superdone automatically captures your personal to-dos, known as Actions, from the meetings you attend. These are the tasks or responsibilities you agree to during conversations, and Superdone ensures they are documented and easy to access.

Actions help you stay organized and on top of your deliverables without having to take manual notes or follow up with others.

Where to Find Your Actions

There are two main places to view your Actions in Superdone:

1. Inside Individual Meetings

Each meeting summary includes a checklist of actions assigned to participants.

  • Admins and Project Managers can see all actions for everyone involved.

  • Collaborators can view only their own actions from the meeting.

2. The "My Actions" Page

Click on “My Actions” in the left-hand navigation to see a personal dashboard.

This page displays your individual actions in a daily format, bringing together to-dos from all your meetings on that day. It’s an efficient way to track what needs your attention.

Managing Your Actions

Each action includes a checkbox that allows you to mark it as complete. This is more than just a personal tracker:

  • Completed actions are reflected in future meeting agendas if they are referenced again

  • Facilitators preparing follow-up meetings will see which tasks have been completed

  • This adds visibility and accountability without extra work

Why It Matters

“My Actions” keeps your responsibilities clear, centralized, and easy to manage. It helps you:

  • Stay aligned with team expectations

  • Track and complete your tasks across meetings

  • Prepare for follow-ups efficiently

  • Show progress without extra reporting

Instead of juggling sticky notes or multiple tools, Superdone brings your tasks into focus exactly where and when you need them.
