Viewing & Using Calendars

Superdone integrates with your calendar to help you view your schedule, join meetings, and manage recordings, all in one place.

Calendar Integration Overview

Once your calendar is connected, Superdone will automatically display your upcoming meetings and give you access to key features, including:

• The ability to join meetings directly from Superdone

• Options to enable or disable meeting recording

• Tools to create and share agendas

• Easy access to summaries of past meetings

The Daily Calendar (Left Sidebar)

Superdone includes a persistent calendar in the left-hand column of the app.This calendar defaults to the daily view, showing all meetings scheduled for the current day.

You’ll also see a red line that moves in real time to indicate your current position in the day.  You can collapse this calendar with the icon to the top right of the calendar column.

The Full Calendar View

In the left-side navigation bar, there is also a link labeled "Calendar."Clicking this opens the full calendar view, which allows you to:

• See a broader view of your meetings

• Switch between daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly calendar formats

• Easily browse through your meeting history

Meeting Controls and Options

Each meeting entry in the calendar includes two interactive elements:

Microphone IconUse this control to turn Superdone's recording on or off for that specific meeting.If enabled, Superdone will automatically join and capture the meeting.

Three-Dot MenuThis menu offers four key options:

1. Start Recording – Manually begin recording the meeting

2. Join Meeting – This option becomes active a few minutes before the meeting starts

3. Meeting Summary – Instantly opens the summary of any past meeting

4. Agenda – Allows you to create and share a collaborative agenda for an upcoming meetingLearn more about agendas here
